Brooklyn loft
This pre-war loft had been badly renovated in the 1970s into a cramped three-bedroom with its ceilings dropped two feet. ICD restored the original ceilings and created a gracious two-bedroom, open-plan loft, using a mixture of budget and luxurious materials.
